Eagles Win, Beat Tampa Bay

THE EAGLES WIN, BEAT TAMPA BAY

The hapless Eagles finally win a game.

Considering that the standard for many years was winning the NFC East, and that the Eagles carried an eight game losing streak into Tampa Bay with them, one has to wonder why the team celebrated so much.

And yet there they were, celebrating.

At this point, the Eagles' best play is to tank the remaining games, then deal up and get the robust linebacker from Notre Dame that everyone knows is a gamechanger.

Every single player they paid big money to the past two years, including Michael Vick, stopped playing hard this year.  This team looked like a team of overpaid mercs, and they played like it.

Just dreadful.  Not since the 1968 Eagles of Joe Kuharich and Norman Snead have we seen such awful professional football in Philly.
